BNP Paribas, a French multinational bank and financial services company with global headquarters in Paris, it is one of the largest banks in the world. Its Manila offshore branch is located at Philamlife Tower, Makati City. The office covers approximately 400 square meters with a desire for an interior redo.
The goal is to create a space that will connect the department staff with the head bosses. The office layout is conceptualized with clear full glass partitions to create an environment focusing on openness, visibility, collaboration and communication also to illuminate sunlight coming in from the main full glass windows. The conference room is located across the reception area at the entrance to allow accessibility for company visitors. The ceiling is done with acoustic ceiling treatment to deal with sound pollution. The style is modern with a monochromatic color scheme and a few signature Herman miller furniture pieces.
The walls are contrived in one shade of wallpaper and light veneer while the furniture contrasts a darker shade veneer, which gives the whole look a corporate atmosphere. The overall aesthetic of the office is modern, and minimalist.
Project done while connected with RMDA Architects.
